We are now using a texting service to send appointment reminders and health care information to patients (such as invitation to flu / covid vaccination clinics). Please complete our online SMS Text Consent form if you wish to sign up to this service. Alternatively you can also download the form below or ask at Reception for a paper copy.

In most cases our SMS Texts are targeted to specific patients groups. You will not receive all the texts we send - only the ones that are relevant to you.
