When calling please give the receptionist as much information as possible, you will be signposted to the most appropriate healthcare professional for your problem - please note this may not be a GP.
The receptionists are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as our clinical staff and are only asking for this information to help the doctors and to ensure you are called back as soon as necessary.
